Mr. Browne, a graduate of Harvard Law School, is the General Counsel and CFO of Communication Network Corporation. Previously he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Scient, Inc., in Atlanta and New York. Mr. Browne is also the former Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Charter Communications, Inc.
